Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 14 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit https://adsseller.co.uk/, create an account, place an order or otherwise use our website and services.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

This website is operated under the trading name adsseller.co.uk.

Legal business name: ADSSELLER LTD
Company number, if applicable: 15021806
Registered or business address: Unit F 1640 london road, G31 4QG
Email address: admin@adsseller.co.uk

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal business operating adsseller.co.uk. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or purchasing from us.

2. About these Terms

These Terms apply to purchases made through adsseller.co.uk. They should be read together with our:

  • Privacy Policy.

  • Shipping Policy.

  • Returns and Refund Policy.

  • Cookie Policy, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. Eligibility to order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • You are at least 18 years old or are purchasing with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • The information you provide is complete and accurate.

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

  • You are purchasing products for lawful purposes.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, unlawful, made using incorrect information or intended for unauthorised commercial resale.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, measurements and other information are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings.

  • Product packaging may change without notice.

  • Measurements and weights may be approximate.

  • Manufacturers may make minor changes that do not materially affect the product’s quality, function or purpose.

These provisions do not affect your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

5. Prices and delivery charges

All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required. Delivery charges and any other mandatory costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before accepting or dispatching the order. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Placing an order

To place an order, add the selected products to your basket, proceed to checkout, provide the requested information and complete payment.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. You are responsible for ensuring that the products, quantities and delivery information are correct.

After submitting an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A binding sales contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm that your order has been accepted.

7. Order acceptance and cancellation by us

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:

  • The product is unavailable.

  • We cannot authorise or verify payment.

  • Your billing or delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.

  • We identify an obvious price or product-information error.

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity.

  • We cannot deliver to the address provided.

  • A purchase restriction or quantity limit has been exceeded.

If payment has already been collected for an order we do not accept, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

8. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after you place an order.

If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and offer an appropriate option, which may include:

  • Waiting for the product to become available.

  • Selecting an alternative product with your agreement.

  • Cancelling the unavailable item.

  • Cancelling the entire order.

We will not substitute an unavailable product without your agreement.

9. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and our selected payment providers.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information. Your payment provider may carry out security or fraud-prevention checks.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.

If a payment is declined, reversed or cannot be verified, we may suspend or cancel the order.

10. Delivery

We deliver to the locations and within the estimated timeframes described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to deliver by a specific date.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after dispatch.

11. Ownership and risk

Ownership of the products passes to you when we have received full payment.

We remain responsible for the products until they are delivered to you or another person identified by you to receive them.

If you independently arrange a courier that we did not offer, responsibility may pass when the products are delivered to that courier, as permitted by law.

12. Your right to cancel

For most products purchased online, UK consumers have the right to cancel without giving a reason.

The cancellation period normally begins when the contract is formed and ends 14 days after the day you, or a person identified by you, receives the products.

For an order containing multiple products delivered separately, the period normally ends 14 days after receipt of the final product.

To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly by emailing admin@adsseller.co.uk before the cancellation period expires.

After notifying us, you must normally return the products within a further 14 days.

13. Exceptions to cancellation rights

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to certain products, including:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Sealed audio, video or software products after unsealing.

  • Products that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

These exceptions do not remove your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.

14. Returns and refunds

Returns must be handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products if this was explained before purchase.

You must take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has diminished the product’s value, as permitted by law.

Where you validly cancel an entire order, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery method. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not normally refundable.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and will be processed within the period required by law.

15. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Products must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality.

  • Fit for their intended purpose.

  • As described.

  • Supplied with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrect, contact us at admin@adsseller.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, available remedies may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • A discount code cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

  • Codes must be entered before completing checkout.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Promotions may have an expiry date or eligibility requirements.

  • We may withdraw a promotion before an order is placed.

We may refuse a discount where it has been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to the stated conditions.

17. Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information.

  • Keeping your login details confidential.

  • Activities carried out through your account.

  • Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close an account where it is used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of these Terms.

18. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another person’s account.

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology.

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

  • Scrape, copy or automatically collect website content without permission.

  • Use false information or impersonate another person.

  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

  • Use the website in a way that could harm us, our customers or service providers.

19. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs and software—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

20. Third-party services and links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers and social-media platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

21. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights.

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of that breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Products sold through our consumer store are intended for private use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, opportunity or business interruption, where you use a product for commercial purposes.

22. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, natural disasters, failures of communications networks or government restrictions.

If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the delay and contact you where appropriate.

If there is a substantial delay, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund for products not received.

23. Privacy

We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes certain information to provide ecommerce, checkout, security and related services.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations.

The Terms applying to your purchase will normally be those available when you place your order. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

25. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

26. Transfer of rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, provided this does not reduce your rights.

You may transfer your rights only where we agree or where the law permits.

27. Third-party rights

These Terms are between you and us. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no other person has the right to enforce them.

28. Governing law and courts

These Terms and purchases made through adsseller.co.uk are governed by the laws of England

If you are a UK consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protections available to you.
